Terms and Conditions Policy for Programs with Rooted Healing Sanctuary LLC
1. BOOKING CONTRACT
A booking is confirmed when Rooted Healing Sanctuary receives the deposit and sends written confirmation.
2. PAYMENT OPTIONS
i. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is due at booking, based on the chosen payment plan indicated on the enrollment page. Payment options are made available at the time of booking. Deposits expire in two years and are transferrable if you cancel before the program begins. Once you receive access to the learning materials, there are no transfers or refunds. All payments to SoulWork are non-refundable.
ii. Final Payment: Due according to the selected payment plan, participants are required to meet the requirements of their chosen plan, with options available at booking. Failure results in booking cancellation, retaining the deposit.
3. CANCELLATION
By Client: Cancellations are non-refundable.
By Rooted Healing Sanctuary: You will be be able to choose from a substitute program or refund in full.
4. UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds for missed services due to client fault. Rooted Healing Sanctuary is not liable for consequential losses.
5. PAYMENT PLANS
You agreement to submit full payment once materials are accessed.
6. CERTIFICATION CONDITIONS
If you do not meet the proper deadlines for completion, you will not gain your certification.
7. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Applied at Rooted Healing Sanctuary’s discretion. Reduced pricing applies to new bookings only.
8. CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
Clients must report complaints promptly for resolution.
9. MEDIA RELEASE
Participants consent to media recording.
Disputes will be under Pennsylvania laws and litigated in Harrisburg, PA, USA.
Electronic Signature:
By booking or purchasing, you consent to and agree with these terms.
Additional Person Booking:
If booking for an additional person, you are also held to these terms on their behalf.
